Zach originally moved to Breckenridge from Brooklyn, NY in 2012 after graduating from Bucknell University. Spending Winter breaks and Summers in Vermont growing up, he quickly found Breckenridge to be his Vermont stomping grounds on steroids and never looked back. He’s worked his way from a Ski Instructor to managing in hospitality, to running a Property Management company and now Full-Time Realtor. He bought a home on Peak 7 in Breckenridge in 2015 and wants to share his passion for the mountains and our County with others by helping Buyers and Sellers invest and enjoy their homes; often second homes.

It's all about personal connections for Zach and finding the right home for his Buyers, both personal interest in the mountains and investment alike. When it comes time to sell he’ll ensure you’re maximizing the investment side of your mountain home. He can help with not only his knowledge of the local Real Estate Market, but his history with short-term rentals and knowledge of our area makes him incredibly versatile in a constantly changing environment.

When not working, Zach is likely out and about skiing and/or mountain biking, often fat biking, skinning and hiking with his family.

We were looking to purchase a mountain property in Breckenridge and were fortunate to get acquainted with Zach Ross at Breck living. We spoke on the phone and told Zach what we were looking for and our price range. He organized a tour of several properties that were available and exactly what we were looking for. When we did decide on a property and made an offer, he followed through with the other agent and got all the necessary paperwork done in a timely manner. He organized and had contacts for us for all the inspections and had people to do a few repairs that were necessary. He also followed up with the city of Breckenridge to make sure the property fit the criteria to be in the short term rental pool. After purchasing the property we have used Breckenridge Resort Managers to have in their rental pool. They have done a great job marketing the property and taking care of all the rentals. When we decided we wanted to buy a property in Summit County, Zach was an enormous help. He had a great understanding of the market, gave us a feel for what amenities were available at our price point, and helped us think through what features we wanted to prioritize, like nearby hiking (for us and our dog). He showed us a good breadth of properties in Dillon, Wildernest, and Silverthorne, so we felt sure that we weren't missing out on anything.
