Toby Babich

Toby began his real estate career in 2001 as an agent for Realty Executives 100, specializing in residential sales and valuations. In 2003 He founded Realty Executives Integrity First with his wife, Lauretta, and quickly grew the startup company into one of the most prominent brokerages in Baton Rouge, LA. Toby was the principal owner and manager of the brokerage, overseeing all aspects of marketing, finances, portfolio management, and operations.

Toby grew up in Breckenridge, and in 2008, Lauretta and Toby relocated back home with their family. He is the founder of Breckenridge Resort Managers, one of the fastest growing and most sought after short term management companies in Breckenridge. Toby is very involved in his community, and industry, holding some of the most prominent certifications in the real estate industry, as well as seats on many boards and committees.
