FACTORS TO CONSIDER WHEN BUYING A HOME

• Is this home an investment property, or do you plan to become our neighbors full time? What are your long term goals?
• Select the area that you prefer (e.g. Breckenridge, Keystone, Silverthorne, Frisco, Blue River).
• Assess property taxes, HOA, Deed Restrictions, etc.
• Consider which style you prefer (e.g., Mountain, Modern, Historic, Ranch or Victorian).
• Decide whether or not proximity to public transportation or to the ski area is important to you. Make a checklist of your must-haves, nice-to-haves and other essentials. 
• Determine the number of bedrooms and baths that you require.
